NSF CMS Certificate Release

These Terms of Service govern the use of NSF CMS Certificate Release, an internal system used for the management, review, approval and release of calibration and related certificates.

1. Authorised Use

The system is intended for authorised users only. Users must use the system solely for legitimate company and work-related purposes and in accordance with their assigned access permissions.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activities performed through their authorised account. Users must not attempt to access information or functions for which they have not been granted permission.

3. Certificate and System Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to the system is accurate and appropriate before submission, review or approval. The system may maintain records of certificate-related activities for operational and administrative purposes.

4. Google Account Access

Where Google OAuth access is authorised, such access will be used only for the functions approved by the user, including authorised email-related functions. Users may revoke access through their Google account settings where applicable.

5. System Availability

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain the availability and reliability of the system, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. The system may be updated, modified or temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

6. Suspension or Termination of Access

Access may be suspended, restricted or terminated where necessary for security, administrative, operational or compliance reasons.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the system, operational requirements or applicable policies.
